Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 3 - 7 business days via US Mail or UPS ground. Special delivery arrangements are available for an additional charge by emailing orders@acupressure.com.

Wholesale Terms:
Pay with Visa, Master card or Discover ¨
Pay by check within 30 days*
*After 30 days --you will be charged 1% per month.

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return product(s) in new condition within 90 days of the shipping date for a refund. All returns must be sent via a carrier that offers trackable shipping. Please complete our Return Authorization Form to receive your Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Include with your return - a copy of the automatic email confirmation we send you.

For Returns:
Email shipper's tracking number and Return Authorization Number to returns@acupressure.com. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 15% restocking fee and customer would be responsible for all shipping charges. Refund will be processed after receiving all items in favorable condition given the terms stated above.

Drop Shipping:
We do not drop ship currently. Stay tuned.



* Examples of how our Discount Structure works:
1. If you ordered 26 booklets at $9.95, the retail total would be $258.70, which would give you a 30% discount, bringing the wholesale price to $181.09.

2. If you ordered 14 of one booklet ($9.95) and 14 of another booklet ($7.95), the retail total would be $250.60 which would give you a 30% discount, bringing the wholesale price to $175.42.
